To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorine. Gently polish with a microfiber cloth after wear and store in your Alana Maria pouch.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. International delivery times vary by location, usually between 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for store credit or exchange on most items, provided they are in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month manufacturing warranty that covers any structural faults. This does not include general wear and tear, chain breakage, or tarnishing due to improper care.
Can I wear my jewellery in the water?
While our Gold Filled and Sterling Silver pieces are water-resistant, we recommend removing them before swimming in salt water or pools to ensure the finish remains vibrant for as long as possible.
