At Alana Maria Jewellery, we want you to love your hand-crafted pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for a store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a store credit or an exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all jewellery is in its original, unworn condition and placed securely inside the Alana Maria branded pouch and box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix your generated shipping label to the parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Processing and Approval
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or ship out your new exchange piece within 3-5 business days.
